GS115 – “Meadow Retreat”
Nearing the mountain base on the lakeside, the Granite Springs community is an excellent mid-point for winter guests who prefer to be close to the ski resort and for summer guests seeking the beaches and trails. The “Meadow Retreat” is a six-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home ideal for groups of all sizes. Parking becomes effortless with an all-level driveway, enough space for three cars, one in the garage, and a fully covered level entry into the home.
The “Meadow Retreat” has a spacious backyard with extensive tree coverage, providing privacy. A private, semi-enclosed hot tub, a large outdoor table with chairs, and a new mid-sized Weber gas grill rest on the back deck for guests’ use. The main living area truly defines a great room. With ample space for entertaining and towering vaulted ceilings, the feeling of claustrophobia seemingly ceases to exist. A spacious sectional with plenty of seating extends across the room for those big game days or late-night movies, while the stone-covered gas fireplace adds comfort when desired. Across from the main living room, a full-sized pool table is ready for enjoyment, and a half-bathroom is near the home’s entryway. The kitchen is generously sized with quality stainless steel appliances, such as the substantial five-burner stove, providing plenty of room and reliable resources when preparing for any occasion. The dining area has been updated and now features a brand new, solid wood table capable of seating eight, with three additional barstools at the counter if needed. The second living area includes two leather loveseats and a cable TV. The bedroom on the main level contains a large queen-sized bed with plenty of closet space when needed. Across the hall is the second full bathroom on the main level, with a recently renovated walk-in shower and a large washer and dryer for guests’ use during their stay. On the upper level, the primary bedroom has a fully renovated bathroom with a brand-new walk-in shower and a dual vanity. Four additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a dual vanity are on the upper level. The other bedrooms feature a California king, one queen, two full-sized beds, and two twins.

Reviews
Overall, everything was great. A few suggestions though. The light switches in different rooms do not turn on anything and you have to turn on the lights by hand which is no problem but very confusing when you first get there.
The garage light has only one florescent bulb working, and it was very dark in there. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our biggest grip was we were snowed in to Tahoe as all the roads were closed no one was getting in or out that day (Monday December 27) We called (Sunday December 26) to see if we could stay one more day and Tami wasn't in so we talked to another gentleman and he said another family was coming in which we understood that however he didn't even attempt to find out if the other family was able to get into Tahoe or not since the roads were closed. This snowstorm was the largest snowstorm in years you would think the agency would be a little more considerate. We were lucky to get 4 rooms in a hotel as most of the hotels were full. Other than that, the property itself was Great.
Perfect location very clean highly recommend
