The home features high vaulted ceilings with sturdy support beams line the wall of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living room. A large TV for entertaining, a premium leather sofa with matching leather armchairs, and a sizable stone-covered gas fireplace add the perfect ambiance for comfort. The balcony overlooks the peaceful Lake Village community and includes a mid-sized Weber gas grill and a small table with chairs for lounging. The kitchen is a paradise for those just learning to cook and those who have cooked long enough to teach others. With a vast counter space and seemingly unlimited cabinets full of almost every cooking utensil one could imagine needing, preparing small family dinners and extravagant holiday feasts is effortless. The dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and living room with a large open floor plan of the upper level. With seating for six at the dining room table, two barstools at the counter, and a few extra foldable chairs, finding a spot to join the family traditions should not be an issue. In the mid-level of this three-story townhome, the primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, a desk for any business needs, a TV included with cable, a sizable closet, and the primary bathroom with a dual vanity. Holiday Rates
$500 to $900 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
July 4th, Christmas, and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.
