The private beach and pier are open for guests to enjoy, while the Zephyr Cove Beach and Resort are only minutes away when walking, featuring a comforting restaurant, horseback riding through the mountains, and personal boat and kayak rentals.
The main living area makes an incredible statement for this home and provides plenty of space for those visiting to spread out and relax. “The Beach House” boasts a colossal and all-original stone fireplace in the center of the main living area for guest’s comfort during those frigid winter months. Two large sofas, a premium recliner, multiple armchairs, and a new oversized TV make entertaining easy.
All original stonework surrounding the dining room table, made entirely from scratch, alongside the beachfront Lakeview, makes the dining area of this lakefront genuinely unforgettable.
The kitchen has been fully renovated and now features modern, quality appliances encircled by premium solid wood cabinets and drawers.
The main level of “The Beach House” features a spacious bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The primary bedroom features a spacious King-sized bed, surrounded by massive windows with incredible views of Zephyr Cove and the dense forest encircling it. Further, a full-sized primary bathroom features a newly renovated walk-in shower and a premium vanity.
On the upper level of this lakefront, two additional bedrooms, a part of the home’s original structure, are separated by the third full-sized bathroom.
This home is only rented weekly during June, July, and August.
Holiday Rates
$700 to $1300 per night. A minimum stay and an increased refundable security deposit are required.
Christmas and New Year require a minimum stay of 4-5 nights.
